What is Anime?
The Word Anime is the Japanese abbreviation for animation. For the rest of the world however, anime is the word to describe Japanese animation, a unique style of animation well known for features such as the large eyes, small mouths, and unique facial expressions. Initially, japan animation was the first word English speakers used to refer to Japanese animation before anime became the dominate term as popularity of Japanese animation spread all over the world.
